We had a wonderful year in 2007 with the vintage bikes. Thanks to all who purchased bikes, had us restore your vintage bike, or purchased vintage parts. This is the best part of the business!

New for this year, we are expanding into more brands of vintage bikes. We will always have Schwinn Paramounts, however.

An exciting collection of almost new 70s bikes was purchased. A number of these classics have already been sold. Please look at the site for these great bikes.

Entry 1
I can still vividly recall that crisp, cool night in 1974. At first, I could hear it. The sound of the Regina freewheel, then the magic glistening of The Bike. The dark green Schwinn Paramount. It was love at first sight, and I have never stayed since.

The incomparable beauty of the brand new Paramount. The exotic, glorious, European Campagnolo components, shining in the street lights. I was offered a ride. The ride took me into another world, a ride so smooth, so precision, so wonderful, it took me to a new universe in the bicycle kingdom.

32 years later, I am still infatuated with the Schwinn Paramount. My first one had the curved seat tube so that a short wheelbase criterium machine resulted. The one I ride now has a sweet, sweet ride. It has carbon forks, seatpost, and cranks. It is a stately gentleman in the bicycle world.

It is my privilege to sell these machines to the bike world. It is a dream come true to see these machines come and go through the doors of my bike shop. Please shop and enjoy looking at the machines of which I am but a temporary caretaker.
